This role at NuORDER by Lightspeed focuses on driving adoption, engagement, and growth across their B2B wholesale commerce platform. The manager will develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies, with an emphasis on increasing retailer participation and strengthening brand visibility within the Marketplace, transforming industries like fashion, apparel, and footwear.

What We're Looking For

Own the development and execution of annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps to support growth in brand and retailer acquisition and adoption in the Marketplace.,Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and brand experiences across various channels (email, in-app, paid media, content, events, social).,Lead the development of acquisition and lifecycle content, aligning messaging and creative with audience segments and funnel stages.,Conduct brand and retailer interviews, sourcing quotes and imagery for storytelling and an ongoing editorial calendar.,Curate and create compelling category-specific content, landing pages, and calls-to-action within the Marketplace.,Manage email hygiene, segmentation, and targeting, ensuring compliance with GDPR and privacy laws.,Utilize marketing automation tools and technology platforms to streamline campaign execution, orchestrate lifecycle journeys, track performance, and optimize go-to-market initiatives.,Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and areas for growth, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.,Provide regular performance reports on campaign ROI, lead progression, and KPIs for senior leadership.,Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to conduct market research and competitive analysis, informing marketing strategies and identifying new growth opportunities.,Collaborate with Lightspeed Retail POS teams, external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives.
