The Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) is seeking motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join its Field Sales team as accredited Life, Health & Wealth Advisors. This role involves providing comprehensive life insurance planning and financial advice, utilizing RBC's full range of insurance and wealth products. Advisors will connect with clients to understand their needs, independently develop a new client base through networking and outreach, and deepen existing relationships using digital tools like Salesforce. The position emphasizes a client-first approach and contributing to team sales success by achieving individual goals.

What We're Looking For

Connect with clients through discovery to understand life events and offer comprehensive insurance and financial advice.,Independently prospect, develop, and grow a new book of business through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship-building.,Promote a client-first mindset in a digital environment, meeting clients conveniently.,Develop and deepen client relationships using Salesforce and other compliant customer tools/electronic forms.,Contribute to team sales success by achieving individual sales goals.,Increase external networks by capitalizing on market opportunities and referrals.,Regularly review individual business results and adjust activities to meet targets.,Deliver on RBC's vision to be a trusted financial institution.

Ideal Candidate

Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP), or willingness to complete before start date,Post-secondary degree or equivalent,Valid Canadian driver's license and own vehicle required,Industry Designations Preferred: CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), CHS (Certified Health Insurance Specialist)
