Description

RBC Insurance is seeking highly motivated and entrepreneurial individuals for their Field Sales team. This role involves providing integrated life insurance planning and advice to existing referrals and new RBC client acquisitions. Advisors will utilize their knowledge of RBC Insurance products to offer solutions tailored to client needs, supported by internal partners for client relationship deepening and ethical sales practices.

Connect with clients to understand their life events and offer comprehensive insurance and financial advice.,Independently prospect, develop, and grow a new book of business through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.,Promote a client-first mindset in a digital environment.,Develop and deepen client relationships using Salesforce and other customer tools.,Contribute to team sales success by achieving individual sales goals.,Increase external networks by capitalizing on market opportunities and referrals.,Regularly review business results and adjust activities to meet targets.,Deliver on RBC's vision.,Business development and prospecting skills with a goal-oriented attitude.,2+ years' professional sales experience.,Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.,Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP), or willingness to complete before start date.,An existing network of referrals and approved centers of influence.,Digital literacy using various systems and tools.,Valid Canadian driver's license and own vehicle for client travel within a designated area.

Ideal Candidate

Post-secondary degree or equivalent.,Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP), or willingness to complete before start date.,Industry Designations Preferred: CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), CHS (Certified Health Insurance Specialist).
