Description

RBC Insurance is seeking a self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join their Field Sales team as an accredited Life, Health & Wealth Advisor. The role involves providing integrated life insurance planning and advice to existing referrals and new RBC clients, understanding RBC Insurance products, and actively prospecting and networking with support from internal partners.

Connect with clients through discovery to understand life events and offer comprehensive insurance and financial advice.,Independently prospect, develop, and grow a new book of business through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.,Promote a client-first mindset in a digital environment, meeting clients conveniently.,Develop and deepen client relationships using Salesforce and other compliant tools.,Contribute to team sales success by achieving individual sales goals.,Increase external networks by capitalizing on market opportunities and referrals.,Regularly review individual business results and adjust activities to meet targets.,Deliver on RBC's vision to be a trusted and successful financial institution.,Business development and prospecting skills with a goal-oriented attitude.,2+ years' professional sales experience.,Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.,Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP), or willingness to complete before start date.,An existing network of referrals and approved centers of influence.,Post-secondary degree or equivalent.,Digital literacy using a variety of systems and tools.,Valid Canadian driver's license and own vehicle required for travel.
