Description

RBC Insurance is seeking highly motivated individuals to join its Field Sales team as accredited Life, Health & Wealth Advisors. This role involves providing comprehensive life insurance planning and advice to existing and new RBC clients, utilizing RBC Insurance products to meet client needs. Advisors will be supported by internal partners to deepen client relationships and achieve sales goals.

What We're Looking For

Connect with clients to understand their life events and offer comprehensive insurance and financial advice.

Independently prospect, develop, and grow a new book of business through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.

Promote a client-first mindset in a digital environment, meeting clients conveniently.

Develop and deepen client relationships using Salesforce and other compliant customer tools.

Contribute to team sales success by achieving individual sales goals.

Increase external networks by capitalizing on market opportunities and referrals.

Regularly review individual business results and adjust activities to meet targets.

Deliver on RBC's vision to be a trusted financial institution.

Business development and prospecting skills with a goal-oriented attitude.

2+ years' professional sales experience.

Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP), or willingness to complete before the start date.

An existing network of referrals and approved centers of influence.

Post-secondary degree or equivalent.

Digital literacy using a variety of systems and tools.

Valid Canadian driver's license and own vehicle required for travelling to meet clients within a designated area.
