As an accredited Life, Health & Wealth Advisor (HLLQP/LLQP), the role involves providing integrated life insurance planning and advice to existing referrals and new RBC client acquisitions. Advisors will utilize their knowledge of RBC Insurance products to offer solutions based on client needs, supported by internal partners for deepening client relationships. Connect with clients through discovery to understand their life events and offer comprehensive insurance and financial advice.,Independently prospect, develop, and grow a new book of business through outreach, networking, and strategic relationship-building.,Promote a client-first mindset in a digital environment, meeting clients conveniently.,Develop and deepen client relationships using Salesforce and other compliant customer tools/electronic forms.,Contribute to team sales success by achieving individual sales goals.,Increase external networks by capitalizing on market opportunities and referrals from approved centers of influence.,Regularly review individual business results and adjust activities to meet established targets.,Deliver on RBC's vision to be among the world's most trusted and successful financial institutions.
Business development and prospecting skills with a goal-oriented attitude and strong ambition to succeed.,2+ years' professional sales experience.,Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.,Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP), or willingness to complete before the start date.,An existing network of referrals and approved centers of influence.,Post-secondary degree or equivalent.,Digital literacy using a variety of systems and tools.,Valid Canadian driver's license and own vehicle required for travelling to meet clients within a designated area.,Industry Designations Preferred: CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), CHS (Certified Health Insurance Specialist).
