Insights and Reporting Manager
Description
This role supports Nuvei's Commercial Sales teams by shaping their success through the management and enhancement of core reference datasets within a fast-growing Insights and Reporting team.
What We're Looking For
Establish and maintain reference data governance standards; monitor, validate, and cleanse data for quality and integrity; design and implement processes for data updates, version control, and audit trails; collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to understand data needs and resolve discrepancies; provide flexible global support to Commercial Teams across multiple time zones; and ensure reference data supports accurate reporting and analytics.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Business, Maths, Economics, Science or related fields; proven experience in data management, data governance, or master data management; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, DAX, PowerQuery, SQL/TSQL); strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, schemas, views, and relationships; strong numeracy skills and ability to interpret complex data; strong attention to detail and analytical mindset; ability to manage large datasets and ensure data integrity; excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
