Improve and maintain the Sales KPI Catalog and data dictionary.,Build, automate, maintain, and improve weekly/monthly dashboards and executive views; publish commentary, insights, risks, and recommended actions.,Lead forecast management with Sales leadership and Revenue Management.,Oversee the annual top‑down vs bottom‑up budgeting process for Sales.,Conduct root‑cause analysis on target misses.,Monitor industry trends, macroeconomic, regulatory, and infrastructure developments.,Track competitive dynamics and produce quarterly market intelligence briefs.,Identify whitespace opportunities, emerging customer needs, and market signals.,Support Sales and Product with insights during new product explorations.,Standardize and maintain a QBR pack, improve account scorecards.,Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.,Partner with Revenue Management on rate strategies, price positioning, and competitiveness.,Support deal modeling and scenario analyses.,Track the performance of pricing initiatives.,Bridge operational performance with commercial impact on margin and retention.,Produce executive briefs for internal and external MBR/QBRs.,Represent Sales Insights in cross‑functional initiatives.,Play an active role in strategic planning cycles.
3–6 years in Sales Analytics, Revenue/Commercial Analytics or Market Intelligence — ideally in logistics, parcel/express, ecommerce, or B2B services.,Fluency with Power BI and advanced Excel.,Strong financial modeling skills.,Exceptional communication and data storytelling for executive audiences.,Strong sense of ownership and follow‑through.,Preferred: Experience with Revenue Management; familiarity with zone‑based pricing and lane economics.,Preferred: Exposure to operational logistics metrics (SLA/OTD, claims, route density) and how they influence commercial outcomes.,Preferred: Bilingual English/French.
