Inside Sales Manager

Description

The Manager, Inside Sales at TD Bank is responsible for generating mortgage business volume nationwide from independent brokerage firms and their brokers. The role involves fielding broker inquiries, proactively prospecting new business opportunities through outbound calls, maintaining a database of partnerships, providing education via webinars, and contributing to the overall Real-Estate Secured Lending (RESL) originations through effective client engagement and influence. The manager must be knowledgeable about the mortgage industry to provide accurate information and support to the broker community.

What We're Looking For

Field inquiries from brokers and provide accurate, timely responses.,Prospect new business opportunities through outbound sales calls.,Collaborate with administrative teams on credit decision processes.,Educate the broker community through regular webinars, covering industry knowledge, product, and policy updates.,Manage and maintain a database of broker partnerships and communications.,Develop a Marketing Sales Plan with annual and quarterly goals and volume forecasting.,Maximize support related to credit and daily inquiries from the Broker Services team.,Act as a primary liaison with TD Mortgage Solutions and broker partners.,Execute a disciplined approach following TD's sales management process, including planned sales activities, coaching, and documented tracking.,Contribute to exceeding timeline commitments by replying to requests accurately and on time.,Maintain a proactive and reactive approach to brokerage firms and brokers to source new sales opportunities and troubleshoot inquiries.

Ideal Candidate

5-7 years of experience in mortgage sales or related fields.,Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and banking policies.,Proven ability in business development and sales prospecting.
