HH Angus is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Building Electrical Engineer for their expanding regional office. What We're Looking For

Contribute individually as a seasoned professional.,Develop technical designs for a wide variety of projects, potentially involving technical complexity, high value, and multiple trades.,Independently create conceptual drawings and design specifications, and regularly evaluate constructability.,Independently develop and approve standards and reports.,Contribute to project plan development, participate in planning and project management meetings, and make recommendations for improvement to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.,Review the work of junior engineers on conventional projects.,Complete work within budgeted hours.,Take responsibility for all design areas until construction completion.,Work autonomously to solve difficult and sometimes complex problems.,Supervise construction work on site.,Other responsibilities as needed.

Ideal Candidate

University degree in Electrical Engineering,10 years or more of experience in consulting engineering,Licensed member of the OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec),Perfectly bilingual,Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit,Forward-thinking with a desire to learn best practices and contribute innovative ideas,Good document production and accuracy skills,Ability to collaborate and work effectively with different teams, including multidisciplinary teams,Passionate about buildings and the built environment
