What We're Looking For
Provide individual contributions as a seasoned professional.,Develop technical designs for a wide variety of technically complex, high-value, multi-trade projects.,Independently create conceptual drawings, design specifications, and regularly evaluate constructability.,Independently develop and approve standards and reports.,Contribute to project plan development, participate in planning and project management meetings, and make recommendations for improvement to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.,Review the work of junior engineers on conventional projects.,Complete own work within budgeted hours.,Assume responsibility for all design fields until construction completion.,Work autonomously to resolve difficult and sometimes complex problems.,Supervise construction work on site.,Perform other responsibilities as needed.
Ideal Candidate
University degree in Electrical Engineering,10 years or more of experience in consulting engineering,Registered member of the OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec),Perfectly bilingual (French and English),Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit,Forward-thinking with a desire to learn best practices and contribute innovative ideas,Good documentation and accuracy skills,Ability to collaborate and work effectively with various multidisciplinary teams,Passionate about buildings and the built environment
