CIBC is hosting an invitation-only Inclusion Meet & Greet Career event on March 11, 2026, in Lethbridge to network with local leadership and discuss Banking Centre career opportunities. This event targets talent historically under-represented in financial services, including women, Indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities, people of color, and the LGBTQ+ community. Successful applicants for roles like Financial Services Representative will focus on building client relationships, understanding financial goals, providing tailored services, and recommending suitable products.

What We're Looking For

Foster key relationships with clients, understand their financial and personal goals, provide informative and tailored service, and recommend the right products and solutions.,Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan using knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection.,Engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients value, grow networks, deepen relationships, and ensure clients are connected to relevant opportunities.,Become proficient in technology, introducing clients to mobile banking applications.,Flexible to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.,Flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

Ideal Candidate

Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).,1 year experience in working with clients and achieving sales results.,Prior banking experience in a similar capacity is an asset.
