This role involves joining Lightspeed's North American team as an Inbound Sales Development Representative. The primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by generating and qualifying warm inbound leads from marketing sources such as webinars, trials, and demo requests. The representative acts as the initial point of contact for potential customers, aiming to create a positive impression and assess if Lightspeed's solutions align with their needs.
Drive new business growth by qualifying warm inbound leads, primarily through telephone and email communication.,Nurture all inbound leads to qualification for Lightspeed's inside sales team.,Create a world-class first impression for prospects and customers.,Identify customer needs to determine the suitability of Lightspeed solutions.,Manage multiple lead sources including incoming calls, emails, chats, and referrals.,Manage existing customer database using Salesforce, ensuring all communications are logged.,Work with the Sales Development Manager to develop new strategies for sales pipeline growth and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.,Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management.
2+ years of sales or customer facing experience.,Experience in technology (software, mobile, or other) is a major plus.,Experience in hospitality is an asset.,Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal and written communication.,Autonomous, outgoing, a self-starter.,Tech savvy, but able to understand people who are not.,Fluency in English as a working language is required.,Awesome and entrepreneurial.
