Implementation Partner Manager - Hospitality (Spanish & English speaking)

Lightspeed is seeking an Implementation Partner Manager to develop and expand its partner ecosystem in Spain, a market in its early launch phase. Initially, the role will involve EMEA partner operations (onboarding, configuration, escalations) to support the wider team. As the Spanish market grows, the focus will shift to local partner management, acting as Lightspeed's regional expert and paving the way for future field sales and partnership roles.

What We're Looking For

Help find, recruit, and onboard new implementation partners in Spain to expand the local partner network.,Manage day-to-day relationships with existing partners, ensuring they meet Lightspeed's quality, certification, and performance standards.,Train and enable partners for successful independent implementation of Lightspeed products.,Resolve cross-regional Partner Ops tickets across EMEA, handling partner queries and escalations.,Track partner performance metrics and intervene as needed for improvement or correction.,Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Product to align partner strategy with Lightspeed's go-to-market plans for Spain.,Act as the internal voice of the Spanish market, sharing partner feedback, local insights, and competitive intelligence.,Engage with partners through onsite visits, business reviews, and represent Lightspeed at local industry events and trade fairs.,Assist in onboarding future Spain-based roles (e.g., Partner Growth Managers, Partner Development Managers).,Contribute to wider team organizational objectives, even if outside strict role scope.

Ideal Candidate

2+ years in partner management, channel management, or a similar role in SaaS, POS, or hospitality tech.,Fluent in both Spanish and English; additional European languages are a plus.,Experience in a fast-paced, international environment, ideally at a scaling SaaS or tech company.,Comfortable working with ticketing systems and operational tools (e.g., Jira, Salesforce, or similar).,Big plus: Experience recruiting, enabling, and growing third-party partners or reseller networks.,Big plus: Knowledge of the Spanish hospitality and/or retail market.,Big plus: Experience building or delivering partner enablement content like training materials, playbooks, or onboarding guides.
