The Implementation Consultant will join the Launch Services team, responsible for overseeing the complete customer onboarding process for Lightspeed's Golf product. This includes conducting kick-off calls, managing customer expectations and training, scheduling internal resources for tasks like hardware installation and payment setup, communicating implementation status, updating CRM records, managing project timelines, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
