Lightspeed is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their Launch Services team. This role involves managing the customer onboarding process from start to finish, acting as the primary contact, outlining processes, managing expectations, ensuring training completion, scheduling internal resources for tasks like hardware installation and billing, communicating implementation status, updating CRM records, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Experience in the Golf Industry or as an avid golfer,Experience managing customer expectations through phone and email communication,Experience with resource planning and task assignment in a non-supervisory capacity,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required),Familiarity with the retail or hospitality industry (preferred),Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French (preferred),Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce (preferred),Experience with ChurnZero (preferred)
