This role at Aritzia focuses on enhancing the employee experience through the development and execution of engaging events, programs, and experiences. These initiatives are designed for a diverse employee population across various locations, including Retail Stores, Concierge, Distribution Centers, and Support Offices, with the aim to inspire, connect, recognize, and promote wellbeing, while reinforcing Aritzia's culture and brand.

What We're Looking For

Develop a strategic and operationally effective approach for the identification, planning, development, and execution of events and programs throughout the year.,Create and deliver 'Everyday Luxury' events, experiences, and programs that inspire and engage employees, driving engagement, connection, recognition, and wellbeing, aligning with Aritzia's culture and brand.,Build strong relationships with stakeholders in Retail, Concierge, Distribution Centre, and Support Office to understand and support the nuanced needs of each workplace and employee group.,Collaborate with key cross-functional partners such as People & Culture, Workplace Operations, and Food & Beverage to ensure all programs deliver an elevated employee experience.,Ensure operational excellence and effective management of quality, timelines, vendors, financials, operational functions, reporting, and communications for all event and experience activations.

Ideal Candidate

Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education, and/or experience in elevated events management and employee experience programming across multiple workplaces.,A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.,The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.,The ability to set clear objectives and priorities in support of an effective department strategy.,A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value.
