Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in managing complex datasets and using analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Power Query, Power BI, Tableau),Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in ESG frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., GHG Protocol, TCFD, ISSB),Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in preparing reports that meet external regulatory requirements,Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in designing internal controls for financial / non-financial reporting to support risk management and mitigation,Project or program management skills or certificates (e.g., PMP or equivalent),A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles,The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners,A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
