Identity and Access Management Product & Delivery Specialist

Act as the primary driver for the delivery team, ensuring execution against roadmap and on-time implementation milestones.,Own and prioritize the IAM backlog, translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories.,Bridge the gap between technical system administrators and business stakeholders, resolving execution bottlenecks.,Lead the incremental improvement of IAM features through an agile approach for sustainable long-term service.,Act as the primary liaison between technical integrators and business users for secure and user-friendly identity workflows.,Drive the process for integrating new SaaS applications into the IAM ecosystem, ensuring efficiency, repeatability, and scalability.,Ensure every release meets high-quality standards and lead rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.,Own documentation, SOPs, and training materials with IAM Analyst support to ensure team continuity and operational excellence.

1-4 years of experience in IAM/IGA environments (Saviynt experience is a major plus).,Approximately 2 years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role, with proven ability to manage backlogs and prioritize work based on value.,Prior experience in IT Project Management, Product Management, or Business Analysis, demonstrating a strong grasp of driving roadmap delivery, assigning work, managing meetings, product risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.,Proven experience in driving delivery using Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is a plus.,Comfortable working with IGA tools, SSO providers, and directory services.
