Minimum of 6 years of experience as an HR generalist or business partner, including a consulting role with senior management.,Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible results within a complex and dynamic global organization.,Ability to navigate ambiguity with significant autonomy.,Practical experience in data analysis to guide decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of HR strategies.,Aptitude for continuous change management and a genuine desire to transform the organization.,Proven experience in growth management and department transformation.,Strong project management skills.,In-depth knowledge of labor laws and legal requirements related to personnel management.,Excellent communication skills and particular comfort in a virtual work environment.
