Human Resources Generalist

Description

Intelcom is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support its stations on the South Shore of Montreal. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in labor relations, conflict management, and investigations, along with excellent knowledge of pan-Canadian labor standards. The role involves collaborating with managers, managing teams, developing HR policies, overseeing internal movements, and handling performance, attendance, and accident files, as well as contributing to employee experience and producing HR reports. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

What We're Looking For

Collaborate with managers on employee relations and conflict resolution.,Support managers in team management, mobilization, and development.,Participate in developing and implementing internal HR policies and procedures.,Monitor employee status changes, promotions, transfers, and internal mobility.,Contribute to performance management, evaluations, and attendance tracking.,Manage and follow up on work accident files, including audit preparation.,Ensure application of HR management principles and organizational strategies.,Administer working conditions and ensure compliance with standards.,Improve employee experience and promote a positive work environment.,Produce and analyze statistical reports on HR performance indicators.
