Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support their eastern Ontario stations. This role focuses on employee relations, conflict management, investigations, and ensuring compliance with pan-Canadian labor standards.
Collaborate with managers on employee relations.
Support managers in team management, mobilization, and development.
Maintain a positive working climate and manage performance.
Participate in developing and implementing internal procedures and policies.
Manage internal employee movements.
Participate in performance and attendance management.
Promote and and develop workplace accident prevention programs.
Manage and monitor work accident files.
Prepare employee files for internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with HR management philosophy and support organizational strategies.
Ensure proper management and administration of working conditions.
Help promote the employee experience.
Produce and analyze various statistical reports related to HR performance indicators.
Solid experience in labor relations, conflict management, and investigation.
Excellent knowledge of pan-Canadian labor standards.
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations
Relevant experience in human resources management (6 years)

Regular travel to stations in eastern Ontario required Requires a valid Canadian driver's permit
