Intelcom | Dragonfly, a leader in last-mile logistics in Canada, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. This strategic role involves producing HR-related documents, answering employee questions, maintaining reports and trackers, coordinating exit interviews, supporting process development, auditing HR data, assisting with occupational health and safety, and managing work permit and visa applications. The position offers an opportunity to make recommendations and collaborate on various initiatives.
Produce various documents related to human resources management (e.g., employment confirmation letters, file follow-ups, promotions, transfers, terminations).,Answer questions related to employees' employment conditions (e.g., leaves, policies, change of address).,Produce and maintain weekly reports (departures, terminations, etc.).,Maintain various tracker/dashboard/dataset/forms.,Coordinate the exit interview process, including sending out questionnaires, updating dashboards, updating exit files, and working with the Workday team.,Participate in the development, improvement, and documentation of HR processes.,Audit and correction of subordination links and titles in Workday (Organization chart).,Perform occupational health and safety follow-ups and communications.,Support the management of work permit and visa applications.,Share recommendations and make improvements in HR processes.,Collaborate on many other initiatives.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in administrative support in human resources.,Ability to communicate daily (or regularly) with pan-Canadian stakeholders.,Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).,Demonstrates flexibility, collaboration, and initiative.,Excellent organizational skills.,Experience with an HR management system (asset).
