Human Resources Advisor

Provide guidance and support to managers on HR management, including performance, compensation, disciplinary actions, terminations, and legal compliance.,Interpret and administer HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company values and legal requirements.,Offer strategic advice on resource needs and collaborate with talent acquisition on staffing.,Execute various administrative and operational HR tasks (e.g., file follow-up, database updates, document preparation).,Provide operational and administrative support to more senior HR advisors.,Support the international mobility advisor with immigration cases.,Assist with onboarding and integration of new employees.,Write and update HR policies.,Participate in planning and coordination of performance management process and annual salary reviews.,Contribute to workplace health and safety initiatives.,Monitor and assess work climate and employee relations in the Montreal studio.,Respond to routine inquiries from managers and employees.,Participate in global HR projects.

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.,A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR generalist.,Experience in the visual effects industry (films, advertising, etc.) and technology is a significant asset.
