Understand the impacts of a fast-growth, global company on supported teams.
Provide proactive, pragmatic coaching to business units on talent development, career development, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and manager coaching.
Leverage people data to diagnose issues, recommend actions, and measure outcomes.
Attend business team status meetings to understand the business, people, and project changes.
Lead and support change management initiatives and acquisition integration.
Partner with global business leaders to develop plans, projects, and trainings.
Minimum 6+ years of HR Generalist and HRBP experience, including partnering with senior leaders.
Experience exceeding and delivering results in a complex global fast-paced organization.
Expertise in navigating ambiguous situations with high levels of autonomy.
Practical experience using data to identify trends, inform decisions, and evaluate the impact of HR initiatives.
Ability to deal with continual change and a strong desire to make a difference.
Past experience with growth and departmental transformation.
Excellent project management skills.
Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working in a virtual environment.
