Description

Epic Games is seeking an HR Partner to create engaging experiences for employees, focusing on technology and game development. This role requires a strategic, personable, motivated, and customer-service-oriented individual comfortable with ambiguity, partnering globally with various HR teams like Compensation, Benefits, L&D, and Recruitment, and reporting to the HRP Lead in the USA.

What We're Looking For

Understand a fast-growth, global company and its impact on supported teams.

Provide proactive pragmatic coaching to business units on talent and career development, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and manager coaching.

Utilize people data to diagnose issues, recommend actions, and measure outcomes.

Attend business team status meetings to understand projects, teams, and business changes.

Lead and support change management initiatives and acquisition integration.

Partner with global business leaders to build plans, projects, and trainings with other HR teams.

Travel to locations as needed.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 6+ years of HR Generalist and HRBP experience, including partnering with senior leaders.

Experience in delivering results in a complex, global, fast-paced organization.

Expertise in navigating ambiguous situations with high levels of autonomy.

Practical experience using data to identify trends, inform decisions, and evaluate HR initiative impact.

Ability to deal with continual change and a desire to make a difference.

Experience with growth and departmental transformation.

Excellent project management skills.

Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a virtual environment.
