HR Generalist, 1-year contract
Description
This role at KPMG Canada involves joining a team focused on problem-solving and enabling talent. The successful candidate will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, providing administrative support for various HR processes such as performance management, pay planning, employee listening, and engagement initiatives. The position also requires creating regular and ad hoc reports under the guidance of the Functional HR Leader.

Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field; post-secondary diploma or certificate in HR. CHRP designation awarded or in process is an asset. 2+ years of experience in Human Resources in a fast-paced, corporate environment, with a solid understanding of HR concepts, policies, practices, and governance/legislation. Written and oral fluency in English is required.
