Description

This role at KPMG involves supporting various HR processes, including performance management, pay planning, and employee engagement. The individual will generate reports, foster internal relationships, draft communications, and collaborate with HR teams to implement talent and diversity strategies, aiming for continuous improvement and a positive work environment.

What We're Looking For

Provide administrative support for various HR processes including performance management, pay planning, employee listening and engagement initiatives.,Create a variety of regular and ad hoc reports, with direction and assistance from the Functional HR Leader.,Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and provide support in the execution of their accountabilities.,Draft communications and presentations for internal stakeholders.,Liaise with the Centres of Excellence such as Total Rewards, Inclusion and Diversity or Employee Relations (ERS) as needed.,Collaborate with the Regional HR Business Advisor Teams and Functional HR Leader Team to implement talent strategies and ensure alignment with business needs.,Support the Regional HR Business Advisor Teams and Functional HR Leader Team to create and implement employee engagement plans developed based on qualitative data collected from employees.,Support the Regional HR Business Advisor Teams and Functional HR Leader Team in creating a diverse and inclusive work environment by identifying opportunities to embed diversity and inclusion in local processes and programs.,Participate as a project team member on HR and People initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in HR.
