Description

As an HR Data Analyst at KPMG LLP (Canada), you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting human resources data to provide actionable insights. This role supports strategic decision-making in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement. You will develop reports, dashboards, and predictive models to identify trends and inform HR initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Collect and manage HR data from various sources.,Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends and patterns.,Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using visualization tools.,Provide data-driven recommendations to HR leadership and business stakeholders.,Ensure data accuracy and integrity.,Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve data collection and reporting processes.,Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.,3-5 years of experience in an HR data analysis or business intelligence role.
