HR Automation Manager
Description
The HR Automation Manager at KPMG Canada will support the HR Automation & Analytics Centre of Expertise by transforming HR service delivery through the implementation and enhancement of automation technologies such as ServiceNow, RPA, AI, and Microsoft 365. This role involves leading projects, acting as an HR subject matter expert, analyzing complex data to generate talent insights and reports, developing process documentation, providing training, and continuously improving HR processes.
What We're Looking For
Support the HR Automation Delivery team in standardizing, automating, and enhancing HR services using technology (ServiceNow, RPA, AI, Microsoft 365).,Act as an HR Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Project Lead, managing project profiles, time, and business requirements.,Design, implement, and provide operational support for HR automation projects.,Consult with HR Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and liaise with IT teams, including ServiceNow and RPA.,Synthesize complex data to develop actionable talent insights and reports.,Oversee HR automation process documentation and deliver training to Service Managers.,Contribute to continuous process and operational improvements.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in IT, Systems Management, or HR (preferred).,Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including supervisory or team lead responsibilities.,Experience with PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, AI, Microsoft 365, and RPA (asset).,Advanced Microsoft 365 skills.,Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, and other technical processes.,ServiceNow CSA certification (preferred).,Strong consultative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
