The HR Automation Manager role at KPMG is part of the HR Automation & Analytics Centre of Expertise, focusing on transforming HR service delivery from a people-based to a technology-based model. The role involves leveraging automation technologies such as ServiceNow, RPA, AI, and Microsoft 365 to deliver automation projects, partner with HR and IT stakeholders, and ensure timely implementation of solutions.

What We're Looking For

Design, implement, and support automation solutions in HR services.,Lead projects involving ServiceNow upgrades, AI, and RPA integrations.,Advise and consult with HR and IT teams on technology adoption.,Analyze data to develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs.,Oversee process documentation and train service managers on system enhancements.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in IT, Systems Management, or HR (preferred),Minimum 5 years of HR experience with a strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and automation technologies including PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365.,Technical skills in JavaScript, SQL, and process automation are assets.,Supervisory or team lead experience is required.,Excellent consultative and relationship building capabilities.,Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
