The RBC Home Advisor will play a key role in a new initiative within Canadian Banking, focusing on building and nurturing relationships with potential home buyers. This involves providing personalized guidance and support throughout their home-buying journey, acting as their main point of contact and connecting them with relevant RBC resources and partners. The role requires leveraging credit knowledge and strong relationship-building skills to ensure high client satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

Provide professional credit advice to assist clients navigating all stages of the home buying journey, starting with leads generated from online tools like True Home Affordability.,Offer professional advice and education on home equity financing needs, including personal lending, credit cards, and everyday banking solutions.,Establish and maintain a regular client contact strategy, diligently updating internal systems.,Guide clients through the various stages of home buying: awareness, research, validation of home equity financing options, and the decision to proceed with a mortgage application.,Utilize innovative tools such as video-enabled capabilities, screen sharing, and advisor/client dashboards to enhance the client experience and relationship.,Identify opportunities for broader growth and facilitate warm introductions to other RBC partners.,Stay current on relevant RBC policies and procedures, ensuring due diligence is consistently exercised.

Work Hours
