Group Risk Manager Top and Emerging Risk (4126)

Description

This role within Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) supports enterprise-wide risk identification and assessment programs, focusing on existing, new, aggregate, and emerging risks. The manager will help maintain a robust governance and control environment, develop risk management strategies, and report on potential impacts to TD's businesses and operations through initiatives like the Enterprise Risk Catalogue and Top and Emerging Risk programs. The position involves collaborating with business partners, preparing executive presentations, and managing related procedures and documentation.

What We're Looking For

Foster a strong governance and control environment.,Support enterprise risk identification and assessment programs.,Identify, assess, monitor, and report on risks impacting TD's businesses and operations.,Lead the quarterly enterprise top and emerging risk process, including input gathering, external report monitoring, and report production.,Contribute to top and emerging risk process enhancements, defining requirements and implementing updates.,Support Enterprise Risk reporting processes and eGRC target state change activities.,Support Enterprise Risk Governance programs through data analysis, conclusion drawing, presentation creation, and commentary writing for executives and committees.,Provide subject matter expertise to enterprise-wide stakeholders.,Work collaboratively with business partners.

Ideal Candidate

Demonstrated experience in supporting governance programs/practices and projects.,Strong written and verbal communication skills, including creating concise business documents and impactful presentations.,Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Demonstrated project/process management skills, including developing and tracking timelines.,Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.,Self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.,Proven ability to work with and build relationships with stakeholders.,Ability to connect-the-dots to engage relevant partners.,Influencing skills to implement change are an asset.,Enjoys working in a team environment but also capable of independent work.
