Description
This is a two-year paid internship program designed for recent college or university graduates seeking work experience in the Financial Services Sector. The program fosters career exploration through practical, hands-on experience, mentorship, and network building, while developing new skills and capabilities within RBC Caribbean Banking.

Ideal Candidate
Completed degree in Business/Management Studies/Banking & Finance/Statistics /Economics/Accounting or related discipline within the last two (2) years.,1-2 years working experience preferably in sales/banking/finance.
