Lightspeed Commerce Inc. is seeking an energetic, results-oriented German-speaking Account Manager with experience in outbound sales and account management in the Payments/FinTech sector. The role involves managing a portfolio of hospitality and hotel clients, assisting them with financial services to foster business growth. The ideal candidate should have an interest in FinTech, SaaS, and consultative sales.

What We're Looking For

Provide top customer care and consultation regarding Lightspeed Capital.,Build strong relationships as a trusted advisor and identify new opportunities for financial services.,Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and customer growth.,Achieve sales targets through strategic account management and close collaboration with regional sales managers.

Ideal Candidate

Experience in outbound sales, ideally with financial products.,Proven success in achieving and exceeding targets.,Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).,Confident demeanor when interacting with executives and decision-makers.,Desire for continuous learning, feedback, and personal growth.,Self-motivation and a strong will to succeed.,Nice to have: Experience in the gastronomy or hotel industry.,Nice to have: Understanding of SaaS and consultative sales.,Nice to have: Knowledge of Salesforce and sales pipeline management.,Nice to have: Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
