Over five years of experience in operations, production, or project management, preferably within marketing organizations.

Proven ability to design and optimize processes with strong attention to detail using tools like JIRA, Coupa, and Airtable.

Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships across multiple teams.

Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to drive alignment and clarity among teams.

Analytical thinking with the ability to translate workflows and data into actionable improvements.

Proactive problem-solver, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows when to build structure and when to adapt.
