What We're Looking For
Assisting with plastic jug/materials unloading and hauling,Packaging Dry Cottage Cheese,Manual Palletizing,Spot Pack Operation,Dry Storage Shipper,Secondary Packaging,Product Rework,Waste / Recycle Coordination,Milk Receiving,Sanitary Maintenance,Soft Plant maintenance (e.g., painting, cleaning, small building repairs),Inter-departmental partnership and communications for efficient process execution,Embrace and foster Environmental and Sustainability initiatives,Embrace and foster attention to JSA (Job Safety Analysis), Risks, mitigating procedures, Personal Protective Equipment, and other Personal Safety initiatives
Ideal Candidate
Mechanical Aptitude is necessary,Proven communication and inter-personal skills,Ability to maintain accurate written records and documentation,Strong analytical and organizational skills,Work well in a team environment,Dependable and accountable,Must pass the Employee Aptitude and Basic Skills test
