Safe and efficient operation of cheese conveying equipment.

Loading empty slots with string cheese on the piano belt.

Performing continuous quality inspections to ensure cheese meets specifications.

Placing sleeves of string cheese into packages.

Operating bag sealers and inspecting seals for integrity.

Performing routine product code checks and inspecting codes for accuracy.

Inspecting product packaging and labels for accuracy.

Cross-training and rotating hourly with positions like Baader, Caser, Rapid Pak, P1 (Back Side Dry Packaging), P2 (Back Side Dry Packaging), and Flow Control.

Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOP's) in detail without deviation.

Verifying and recording accurate product case quantities.

Identifying and effectively communicating any out-of-specification product conditions.

Following established notification protocol.

Performing routine equipment adjustments.

Accurately and neatly completing production records and documents.

Performing environmental controls.

Performing product reclaim and rework operations in accordance with reclaim guidelines.

Supporting internal and external audits.

Following all established occupational health and safety procedures.

Following all established GMP's and Food Safety requirements.

Performing good housekeeping within established guidelines.

Complying with federal, state, and local dairy food regulations.

Adhering to the Saputo Code of Ethics, Company Values, and Workplace Climate Policy.

Working collaboratively with co-workers and other department personnel.

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, changing temperatures (hot, wet, cold, humid).

Ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing stairs, and maneuvering around equipment consistently throughout the shift.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working with chemicals and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) while following approved handling procedures.

Performing frequent and repetitive motion of hands and arms.

Possessing good visual acuity with the ability to see and differentiate colors.

Physical lifting up to 15-lbs frequently throughout the shift.

Shift flexibility, including days, swing, night shifts, and weekends.

Ability to work up to 12-hours per day when overtime is required.

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred),Minimum of one year of demonstrated work experience in food manufacturing (dairy food manufacturing experience preferred),Successful completion of drug screen and background check,Strong verbal and written communication skills,Demonstrated work history,Good attendance is a must
