What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, adhering to operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and in a timely manner.,Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and engaging in personal performance development.,Collaborate with team members, maintaining dedication and keeping colleagues informed on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements to enhance efficiency and achieve operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is considered an asset.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.,Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.,Ability to exercise initiative, be accurate and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, capable of connecting verbally and in writing in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
