The Fusion Technology Integration Specialist is a senior individual contributor responsible for integrating technology, processes, and operating routines into Fusion Operations. The role focuses on embedding capabilities from engineering, security, and platform teams into daily Fusion workflows to achieve consistent, repeatable, and scalable operational outcomes. This is a non-technical implementation role, focused on program ownership, delivery coordination, and operational integration rather than hands-on technical work or people management. It ensures Fusion Operations can reliably consume new capabilities during both steady-state operations and high-urgency threat scenarios.
Act as the integration owner for bringing new and evolving technologies into Fusion Operations.,Translate delivered technical capabilities into operationally usable workflows, routines, and engagement models.,Ensure alignment between technology capabilities, Fusion processes, and operator expectations.,Define and embed standard operating processes, playbooks, and routines for consistent use of integrated technologies.,Partner with Fusion Operations, CSOC, CSIRT, and platform teams to ensure processes are clear, adopted, and sustainable.,Ensure integration efforts account for people, process, and tooling.,Own the end-to-end integration lifecycle from intake and planning through operational adoption and steady-state execution.,Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, operations, automation, and platform teams.,Manage dependencies, sequencing, and delivery risks.,Ensure Fusion teams are ready to operationalize new capabilities, including workflow clarity, documentation, and handoffs.,Validate integrated capabilities function as intended within real operational conditions.,Drive feedback loops to refine integrations based on operational experience.,Establish lightweight governance to track integration health, adoption, and effectiveness.,Identify friction points, gaps, or breakdowns between technology and operations.,Continuously improve Fusion integration patterns to increase speed, consistency, and resilience.
