Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Negotiating terms and closing deals with potential clients.
Collaborating with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, and Product to ensure smooth customer experience and share market insights.
Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management.
Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
