Description

The Client Service Associate (CSA) supports TD Wealth Financial Planners by assisting with client progress reviews, client interactions, and business development. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences and significantly contributing to the financial planners' net asset growth, revenue, and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Respond to client and Financial Planner (FP) inquiries, offering solutions and adhering to policies and processes.,Execute transactions and activities requiring expert knowledge across various products, processes, and systems, which may be moderate to high risk.,Assist in the accurate and timely completion of new account openings, account and cash transfers, forms, and other administrative and transactional requests for planners and clients.,Provide sales support to FPs by identifying growth and revenue opportunities and contacting prospective clients.,Gather and analyze data to identify and resolve complex problems, escalating issues as needed.,Foster positive client experiences and continuously seek ways to enhance sales and service.,Actively participate as a team member and contribute to a positive, service-oriented work environment.

Ideal Candidate

University / college diploma and/or minimum 2 years of industry experience.,Completion of Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) course and Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is a strong asset.,Advanced knowledge of business, operations, and regulatory environment.,Specialized expertise in performing diverse, highly complex tasks involving multiple steps, systems, and jurisdictions.
