Description

The Compensation Trainer will be responsible for designing, leading, and optimizing training programs for new and experienced employees. This role involves structured, interactive, and innovative knowledge transfer, focusing on skill development and continuous learning within a company dedicated to customer confidence and security. The trainer will contribute to evolving practices, integrating educational technologies, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

What We're Looking For

Design and structure varied and effective training programs for new hires and continuous education.,Develop training support tools and update procedures.,Evaluate learner skills and progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate learning curves to managers.,Stay updated with industry trends and developments.,Collaborate with external teams and act as an expert.,Communicate, engage, and motivate learners.,Simplify complex concepts in English and French, and create an inclusive learning environment.,Adjust training methods and content based on feedback and domain changes, with an openness to innovation.,Simultaneously manage several training programs and meet deadlines.,Manage session logistics.,Collaborate with other trainers to ensure uniformity and standardization of training strategies.

Ideal Candidate

College Diploma (DEC professionnel),4 to 5 years of relevant experience,Proficiency in various teaching methods and technological tools (Articulate, Workday, SharePoint, Microsoft),In-depth knowledge of the training subject or domain,Prior experience as a trainer or in a similar role (asset),Advanced knowledge of English, as the person will communicate daily with English-speaking clients and partners across Canada via emails and calls
