Forklift Operator-AM
Description
The Forklift Operator-AM at Saputo is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of material handling equipment, including lift trucks and pallet jacks. This role involves operating automated warehouse management software, performing product transfer operations from packaging to the cooler, and loading/unloading trailers according to internal, external, and customer specifications. The operator will also follow FIFO and inventory control practices.
What We're Looking For
Safe and efficient operation of material handling equipment (lift trucks, pallet jacks, electric battery handling equipment).,Effective and accurate operation of automated warehouse management software controls, inventory scanning, and management tools.,Perform product transfer operations, finished good pallet load/unload from packaging to the cooler.,Safe and efficient loading and unloading of trailers, following internal/external requirements.,Load refrigerated trailers in accordance with customer specifications.,Follow FIFO and inventory control practices and procedures.,High school diploma or equivalent.,3 years demonstrated experience operating a lift truck.,Experience in warehouse operations in a shipping/receiving role.
