Food & Beverage – Barista, A-OK Café (Front of House)
Description
Aritzia is opening its first A-OK Café and Commissary in Delta, BC, and is seeking a Barista to join the opening team. The role involves preparing world-class beverages and managing transactions and services to deliver exceptional client experiences. It offers opportunities for growth within the Food & Beverage department and Aritzia. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with part-time requiring a minimum of 24 hours per week.
What We're Looking For
Prepare specialty beverages and café items with consistent quality and efficiency.,Inform, engage, and inspire clients with superior knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and suppliers.,Uphold optimal setup and management of kitchen spaces, supplies, and food items.,Support in managing beverage ingredients and café inventory to maximize efficiency and minimize food waste.,Maintain the condition and cleanliness of work spaces.
Ideal Candidate
Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in Food & Beverage.,Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.,Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.,Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.,Ability to work shifts Mondays through Sundays between 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM.
