Aritzia is opening its first A-OK Café and Commissary in Delta, BC, and is seeking a Chef de Partie for its Food & Beverage team. This role involves curating and providing a world-class Commissary program to Aritzia employees, preparing and serving food with high culinary expertise, and ensuring seamless kitchen operations to deliver an Everyday Luxury experience for guests. The position offers opportunities for career growth within Aritzia's Food & Beverage department.
Support with curating a highly engaging, fun, and shareable product assortment,
Prepare an exceptional product offering,
Uphold the standards of operational excellence in the kitchen,
Support with ensuring best-in-class equipment for preparation and service
Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Food Safety,
Red Seal Certification (an asset),
OHFA (an asset),
Experience working hot line (pan/fry),
Experience working garde manger (salads and cold prep),
Experience working pizza stations
Mondays through Sundays between 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Ability to work shifts Mondays through Sundays between 3:00pm - 11:30pm
