Deliver extraordinary experiences and create meaningful moments at the Service Counter.,Match Clients with products and direct them to the appropriate Service Counter.,Carefully prepare and package products for an Everyday Luxury unboxing experience.,Efficiently and accurately process transactions while ensuring a world-class client experience.,Accurately and efficiently manage the end-to-end service process, including notifying clients of incoming services, auditing services, and proactively resolving issues.,Support service counter operations, including managing client lines and ensuring product returns to the sales floor.
