Description

The Fixed Income Middle Office's Trade Support division seeks an analyst to provide pre and post-execution trade support for TD Securities' global trading businesses. This involves ensuring accurate and timely trade reflection in front office systems, managing positions, generating business reports, and performing client analytics. The role supports trading and sales functions across multiple global locations and involves collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to maintain effective trade execution, capture, position, and risk management processes. The analyst will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements and automation.

What We're Looking For

Support IFI trading and sales desks with trade capture of multiple products (Bonds, Interest Rate Derivatives, Repo, FX products) in various systems (Markitwire, Calypso, Bloomberg, Ion Anvil, Murex).,Ensure accurate and timely trade capture.,Assist in resolving STP feed outages.,Monitor business risk to adhere to policy limits.,Resolve ad-hoc queries related to risk and P&L discrepancies.,Investigate ad-hoc trade queries, liaising with internal and external individuals.,Generate and report client analytic data for IFI trading and sales desks.,Actively manage various initiatives and ad hoc requests, including infrastructure improvements, regulatory changes, and local business initiatives.,Evaluate changes in regulatory requirements and business models to adapt and maintain effective support.,Engage multiple stakeholders globally for cost-effective, value-added solutions.,Work with other teams to manage and clear audit or regulatory findings within committed timelines.,Keep Functional and Regional Management informed of relevant Trade Support issues, escalating when necessary.

Ideal Candidate

Ability to analyze, identify, and implement process improvements and automation.,Proficiency in data analysis using Excel.,Strong understanding of financial markets, pricing principles, risk management, and various products.,Ability to develop, promote, and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.,Experience in supporting IFI trading and sales desks.
