Description

As a Financial Services Representative in the Personal and Business Banking team, you will work in a fast-paced Banking Centre, focusing on client engagement. You will proactively interact with clients, recommending CIBC's mobile and online banking solutions, products, and services to support their financial success. This role involves meeting with clients to understand their financial priorities, advising on solutions, and building relationships through marketing and outreach activities. You will also leverage technology to help clients manage their banking needs.

What We're Looking For

Proactively engage with clients to understand personal and business priorities,Advise clients on financial solutions and provide forward-looking financial plans,Use knowledge of technology, cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection,Engage in marketing and outreach activities to build and deepen client relationships,Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs,Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends,Flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance

Ideal Candidate

1 year experience in working with clients and achieving sales results,Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada),Prior banking experience in a similar capacity (asset)
