As a member of the Personal and Business Banking team, you will work in a fast-paced Banking Centre, making a meaningful difference in clients' lives. You will build key client relationships, understand their financial and personal goals, provide tailored service, and recommend suitable products and solutions to help them achieve financial success.
Meet with clients to understand personal and business priorities, advise on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan.,Utilize knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to help clients meet their goals.,Engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients value, grow network, and deepen existing relationships.,Work as a team to connect clients to appropriate people and opportunities.,Become a technology expert and introduce clients to mobile banking applications.,Be flexible to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends.,Be flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).,Demonstrate 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.,Prior banking experience in a similar capacity is an asset.
